Arrive in Good Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your appointment so that you have time to change, relax and enjoy some quiet time in our tranquil room.   If this is your first visit, please allow time to complete your personal profile questionnaire.   If you arrive late for your service, your treatment will be modified to accommodate the time we have available.   All treatments end on time so that the next guest will not be inconvenienced. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.  
 
During Your Visit
To get the most out of your treatment, communicate with your therapist.  Your comfort and enjoyment is most important to us, so let us know right away, before and/or during your treatment, if you have concerns about depth of pressure during your massage, the temperature of your spa room, the music volume or any other issues you may have.
 
If You Are Pregnant
Please be sure to notify us in advance if you are pregnant so we may accommodate you with a spa technician especially trained and experienced in pregnancy treatments for your service. Please be sure to get your medical professional’s consent to receive spa services. Let us know when you make your appointment which trimester you are in. No massages will be offered for anyone in their First Trimester.
 
Credit Card Guarantee/Cancellations/Rescheduling
Services are available by appointment on a daily basis.  All services are guaranteed with a credit card.  We encourage our guest to schedule in advance to ensure their preferred date and time.   As a courtesy, we confirm all appointments,  but it is the sole responsibility of the client to remember booked appointments.  Our service providers are professionals who commit their time to honor your guaranteed appointment.   Out of courtesy for other patrons trying to schedule appointments, we kindly request a 24 hour notice for all cancellations.   A 50% cancellation fee is applied to cancellations of less than 24 hours.   A fee in the amount of the full services is charged for appointments not cancelled/no shows.  All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will result in full charges to your card, or a deduction to your gift certificate/gift card.
 
Payment
We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.   Gift Certificates and Gift Cards.  Discounts must be presented at the time of redemption in order to be honored.   Gift Certificates and Gift Cards may not be redeemed for cash or used in conjunction with any promotional specials or discounts.  Gift Cards can not be used for products - only for services.
 
Returns
We will be happy to accept returns on any defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase for product credit/exchange only, no cash or credit card refunds.  Unfortunately and without exception, we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on any skincare, bath or body products that are opened or used, unless the product is defective and then we will gladly exchange it.  The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
 
Gift Certificates
We offer gift certificates/gift cards in any denomination that can be used for our spa and salon services. Gift certificates can be purchased at the front desk or online at either of our websites: www.amarraspa.com
 
Cellular Phones and Pagers
We discourage the use of cell phones in the service area. As a courtesy to all, please turn off or silence all cellular phones and pagers.
 
Age Requirements/Children
Guests must be at least 16 years of age to have a private treatment.   Little/or young darlings are welcome when they are receiving treatments as long as they have parent/adult supervision.
 
Due to safety and liability issues, children 12 and under are not permitted in the treatment areas. Kindly arrange for child care prior to visiting us.
 
Gratuities
Gratuities are graciously appreciated by our trained and skilled technicians.  Customary gratuity is 15% - 20% of your service total and is not included in the price of the service.
Valuables and Security
We encourage guests to leave all valuables at home, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items.  Lewd behavior or lewd speech shall not be tolerated at our property and undermines the sense of peace and security our facility maintains.  Profanity spoken in any way shape or form will also not be tolorated.  We reserve the right to cancel or stop any service if this happens and you will be charged the full fee for your service.
We uphold a healthy and sanitary environment for all guests by upholding a no pets and no smoking policy
